Professional History: I graduated from Augustana College (Rock Island) in 1989, and spent one year as a substitute teacher in Belvidere, IL. After that I moved to "Fabulous" Las Vegas, NV and began teaching for the Clark County School District. I taught 1st grade at Robert Lunt Elementary School for three years. During that time, I met Elizabeth. We were married and moved to Chicago, where she pursued her degree in Occupational Therapy and I taught 2nd grade at Washington Irving Elementary School. We then returned to Las Vegas, where I taught at 2nd, 3rd, and 5th at Crestwood Elementary School. In 1999, I received a Masters Degree in Computer Science from NOVA Southeastern University. I continued to work for the CCSD as a technology trainer for teachers, network manager, and basic webmaster for a number of elementary schools. In 2005, I received another MA in Educational Administration at UNLV and became the Assistant Principal for Tom Williams Elementary School, where I worked until August of 2010. In August of 2010, I was re-assigned to Fay Galloway Elementary school and after the budget battles of Nevada 2011 I was transferred again, to Laura Dearing Elementary School in August of 2011. I am currerently the full-time Assistant Principal there.
